Terms Of Services
Rights to the workAs the creator of the work, I own all rights to the work, so please note the following terms:
○ Commissions are for personal use. Therefore, it can be used for profile pictures or banners. If you want to use it for commercial use, please contact me via email. And the commission price will be added an additional tax for marketing rights.
○ According to the above term, you cannot resell the commission or take it as your own artwork without my permission.
○ I have the right to publish the commission in my social networks together with the mention of the client. This applies if it is included within my portfolio. However, exceptions will be considered if the client wishes to keep him/her and/or the commission anonymous.
○ If you wish to publish the commission, you must give me credit by mentioning my social networks.
○ If the commission is not finished, under no circumstances can it be modified or published.Coexistence between artist and client○ The treatment between artist and client should be respectful, free of an aggressive, rude or inappropriate attitude or tone.
○ This includes being patient with each other, respecting each other's time.
○ As for NSFW fetishes they are negotiable with the artist, depending on the extent and if the latter is willing to do so.
○ In the event that any of the above three terms are breached, the artist has the right to refuse the commission.
○ At the time of commissioning, it is mandatory to pass references of the character being retracted, in case it is an original character (this includes fursonas, avatars, among others). This is to achieve a better customer service.Payment and reimbursement of the commission● Regarding the payment of the commission:
- This has to be exclusively through Paypal. The commission must be paid in full in order to start working. And the commission fee must include the tax charged by Paypal.
- In the case of customers residing in Venezuela, you have the option to pay with Bolivares via Pago Móvil, and the payment must be equivalent to the current cost of the dollar according to the BCV rate.
● Regarding the reimbursement and cancellation of the commission:
- If either party, i.e. artist or client, wishes to cancel the commission once initiated, the other party has to be notified.
- The artist may cancel and refund the commission for the reasons mentioned above. In the case of the client, he/she may do so if he/she is dissatisfied with the service provided.
- The refund will be 50% of the cost of the commission.Work process○ Depending on the work and the delivery time, you must respect and be patient with the artist's time. In case of any irregularity, the artist will notify the client, extending the delivery time, or in extreme cases, canceling the commission.
○ The artist will constantly keep in contact with the client, showing W.I.P.s (Work In Process) of the commission in different facets:
- Sketch and/or Lineart
- Painting
- Background and effects
○ A total of 5 changes can be made to the commission per facet, however, respecting the facets mentioned above. If the change required does not belong to the facet in which the commission is located, an additional cost will be charged. This cost will also be charged if the number of changes is exceeded.
